I discovered Positive Discipline in 2012 and have not stopped learning since. I’ve done it in London, San Diego and Paris by masters like Jane Nelsen and Lynn Lott, creators of the program, Joy Marchese, Giglioglia Núñez, Cheryl Erwin, Steven Foster and Dina Emser, among others.
MA, CPDT, I am an Educational Consultant and the Founder of Positive Discipline Lab in Spain. I have worked in the area of personal development for more than twenty years, the first eleven years in multinationals and the last ten years in schools. I am an active board member of the Spanish and American Positive Discipline Association and a Certified Early Childhood, Classroom, Parent Trainer and Empowering People at the workplace educator. I am specialized in helping teams, schools and organizations manage change, starting with training as a change lever, designing implementation plans, and accompanying them in the process.
Up to 2019, I have been combining both my work at the school and my work as a Positive Discipline Trainer.
Highlands School SEVILLE – International Certification PD in the Classroom. More than 100 teachers trained from Kindergarten, Primary School, Middle School and High School. Implementation plan designed and Change Management sessions on place. Officially recognized as PD LAB SCHOOL by the PDA.
American School of Lahore – PAKISTAN – International Certification PD in the Classroom. 80 teachers trained from Kindergarten, Primary School, Middle School and High School. Officially recognized as PD LAB SCHOOL by the PDA.
Jesuïtes Sarrià School- BARCELONA – International Certification PD in the Classroom and Professional development training for 45 teachers on Primary and Middle School. Implementation plan designed and Change Management sessions on place. Parenting sessions for Kindergarten, Primary and Middle School.
María Teresa School – MADRID – International Certification PD in the Classroom. The whole Kindergarten and Primary School teachers and some from the Middle and High School.
Escolapios School – SEVILLE – International Certification PD in the Classroom 40 teachers. Implementation plan designed and follow up sessions.
SAFA Network Schools – ANDALOUSIE – International Certification PD in the Classroom: 90 teachers. Pilot plan with 6 schools, implementation plan designed, class observation visits and follow up virtual meetings.
